FROM THE LAVA 🌋
This has been in the work for MONTHS. Designs and ideas come to life after nights of staying up til’ midnight crying together. Confiding in one another of our hardships, losses, wins and dreams for the future. These designs are US and for every one of you who’s been in the trenches and fought and crawled your way out.
After a devastation of a lava flow the Ōhiʻa lehua and Unukupukupu Fern are one of the first plants to appear. Delicate yet hardy they survive and emerge from the harshest conditions.
Like these plants- you too can emerge from the lava. Burried in the dark under hardened lava and ash there will be a day you see sunlight and fluorish. So don’t give up, because you were literally MADE for this.
I’m sure you’ve noticed there’s 2 designs. We’ve come up with the idea together but seperately went to our own artists with our own visions in mind. Both outcomes couldn’t be any more perfect at explaining our own journeys but striving toward the same goal.
The simplicity and muted vibes show someone who’s “still going through it” but seeing the end goal deep inside. That “I want to survive” feeling.
While the other screams “I made it” with it’s vibrancy and urgency.
Regardless of whichever design you’re drawn to and resonate with- we’ve been there. Every journey like every plant takes different times to grow. You’re heard, felt and we are here with you. We hope that one day we can all rejoice together when we rise FROM THE LAVA ❤️
